Thai Yoga Massage uses my body weight to apply pressure, stretch, mobilise, and provide passive movement to manipulate your body position, which results in a deeply therapeutic, rhythmical, emotional type of therapy.

Before our first treatment I will want to know about your problem areas and what you want to achieve within your therapy session.
Once we start with the treatment you will be asked to lay on the massage table under a cover.
Your level of undress is entirely based on your comfort, but the area being worked on will need to be exposed.
I will warm your muscles using a lighter touch to begin with to stimulate blood flow. I will then begin working on any areas identified as problematic.
I will use deep-kneading and stroking techniques with varying intensities, checking in with you to make sure you are comfortable throughout the treatment.

Level 1:
£50 per month, which entitles you to a regular 60min Massage (saving £10 on the pay as you go).
Level 2:
£70 per month, which entitles you to 2x 45min massages OR a 2h session where you would come for an 1h stretch and then a massage afterwards.
If you wanted to split that across the month, say have the stretch session one day and then come for a massage another day, that is possible too (saving £30+ on pay as you go).
Level 3:
£90 per month, which gives you a lot of options:
- 2x 60min massages (can be shared between two people)
- 1x 90min massage plus 60min stretch session combination (150min total)
OR
1 combination session (60min stretch followed by 60min massage) plus access to an additional session of your choosing, which could be another massage, or another stretch session in the month of 60min duration.
Plus access to group classes which are held on a Monday (membership clients get priority booking) if attending the classes it's a massive £60 saving on pay as you go.

Loose comfortable clothing for example shorts and t-shirt, or if you are having full body treatment, you will be under the blanket preserving your dignity, so little or no clothing.

Each session is tailored to your needs, so just book a block of time that works for you with your other commitments and time demands.
45min as a guide is suitable for one area, for example the shoulders.
60min, for back, neck and shoulders, or just legs.
75min is the sweet spot for full body and 90min ensures a full and thorough treatment session.

This will vary depending on any conditions being addressed.
Sometimes, a single treatment is enough with some exercises to do at home.
Other times, people require follow ups and those who can, benefit from regular sessions for maintenance and balance.

A traditional Thai mat is used to perform this technique. It is so comfortable people sleep on them in Asia!

You should wear minimal clothing such as a vest top and shorts to allow you to move freely and the muscles to be massaged effectively.

No massage oils or waxes are used during this treatment session.

Off Street parking on Meadow Road beside Fife Cycles is best.
Evenings and weekends you can park right outside.

Unfortunately there are two small steps into the property but everything inside is on one level.

24 hours cancellation notice is required for cancelling an appointment, and this can be done via the link in your appointment confirmation email.
Cancelling rather than rescheduling within 24 hours, will result in full charge of the appointment.

First time booking with me, you will be asked to pay for your appointment up front to secure your booking.
Payments are made through my external booking platform ClinicSense.
Subsequent appointments can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. Card transactions are also available for a small fee in addition to the treatment session.
