75mins duration. Just bring a mat, a towel, cushion or blanket and some kind of belt or strap.

Loose comfortable clothing for example shorts and t-shirt, or any workout gear is fine.

Each 1-1 session is tailored to your needs, select a time that works for you and we will meet on the mat for 60mins for a 1-1 or 75mins for a group class.

This will vary depending on any conditions being addressed.
Sometimes, a single treatment is enough with some exercises to do at home.
Other times, people require follow ups and those who can, benefit from regular sessions for maintenance and balance.

1:1 clients can park at the rear, up the lane at the end of the row of shops.
I you come to a group classes, please park on the Main Street or in the Eden Estuary Car Park beside the University buildings.

Yes, the Rear entrance is on the level, and we can accommodate a wheelchair.

48 hours cancellation notice is required for cancelling an appointment, and this can be done via the link in your appointment confirmation email.
Cancelling rather than rescheduling within 48 hours, will result in full charge of the appointment.

48 hours notice to cancel attending the class is required so others may benefit from the space.

1-1 Appointments
First time booking with me, you will be asked to pay for your 1-1 appointment up front to secure your booking.
Payments are made through my external booking platform ClinicSense
Subsequent appointments can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. Card transactions are also available for a small fee in addition to the treatment session.
Group classes will be paid through my booking platform on my website or my Glofox App. Tickets are not refundable.
