Sean Elder (Director & Founder)
As a holistic therapist with a background in Nursing in the NHS, the private sector and in Formula 1 Racing, Sean is dedicated to crafting personalised massage sessions, movement therapy, stretching & yoga experiences that cater to your unique needs.
Whether you’re seeking relief from muscle tension, chronic or acute pain, a break from the hustle and bustle, or simply a moment of pampering, he has the expertise and experience to provide a session tailored just for you. Sean’s expertise is informed by many years of healthcare and medicine, training and continuous professional development. Sean is passionate about delivering the absolute best service possible to the clients who choose to have bodywork, movement therapy or have pains and restrictions in their movement assessed and treated.
Kat Foster (Sports Massage Therapist)
As a qualified Level 3 Sports Therapist, Kat specialises in sports massages pre and post event.
She also works as a CrossFit coach and Personal Trainer, based at Peacefit located locally on Peacehill Farm.
It’s very important to her to have an active, healthy lifestyle and for her two young children to see that strength, health and happiness comes from within.
Kat passionately cares about supporting others to achieve their own health and wellbeing goals.
Skye Kleman, Yoga teacher & Healer
Skye Kleman joins Sean Elder Therapies offering monthly sound bath, sound massage, restorative yoga sessions on Tuesday evenings in our beautiful, calm and light studio.
Skye’s work integrates art, creative rituals, nature exploration, intuitive body movement, meditation and breathwork.

Sam (Pelvic Floor Specialist)
Sam Mace is a highly experienced movement professional specialising in pelvic health and rehabilitation.
With over 15 years of expertise in Pilates, Barre, and functional movement, she is passionate about helping individuals regain strength, confidence, and ease in their bodies.
Sam's approach focuses on supporting pelvic floor health, addressing core stability, and improving overall well-beingthrough tailored movement practices.
Whether working with postnatal recovery, injury rehabilitation, or general pelvic health concerns, she creates a safe, welcoming space for clients to reconnect with their bodies. Through 1-1 therapy and intimate group classes and workshops at Sean Elder Therapies, Sam empowers individuals to move with freedom and vitality.
